A blog related to original AI artworks. I make AI artworks using coined words and emoji as prompts.
Various competitions are being held for painting and CG (computer graphics). For CG, there are competitions like the ADAA and AI Art Grand Prix, both of which have deadlines around September. Additionally, for painting, competitions like the Chubi Exhibition, Shin Geijutsu Exhibition, and Nova seem to concentrate between September and November. Some painting competitions only accept hand-drawn works, but the aforementioned competitions either clearly accept CG or do not exclude it. Furthermore, none of these competitions state that the applicant must be the creator or that the creator’s intention must be confirmed, so I believe it’s possible to submit works created by AI. Therefore, I decided to try submitting AI art to these competitions.
For CG competitions, I can submit the works as they are, but for painting-related competitions, it’s required to print the works and attach frames. Framing isn’t mandatory, so I decided to print the works on wooden frames and submit them. I will write about the specifics again later.
