A blog related to original AI artworks. I make AI artworks using coined words and emoji as prompts.
Giuseppe Arcimboldo was a Renaissance painter known for creating bizarre faces composed of vegetables, small animals, and more. When you provide his name to Stable Diffusion 2.1, it generates paintings resembling those created by Arcimboldo himself. However, when you use the name of another artist as a negative prompt, the paintings transform in various ways. In this case, specifying Vermeer’s name results in faces resembling complex surfaces or masks.
First, let’s consider when only Arcimboldo’s name is provided as a positive prompt.
Next, let’s consider when both positive and negative prompts are set to Arcimboldo’s name. While the difference compared to using only a positive prompt is limited when using another artist’s name as a prompt, there is still diversity, including images that do not resemble faces at all.
Even though we refer to them as "faces," some of them do not resemble faces at all, as shown below.
Moving forward, we’ll display images that are closer to resembling faces.
